Choosing a baby carrier and figuring out how to use it properly can be a daunting task, especially now that there are so many on the market. Don't feel overwhelmed! Bring your carrier and your baby (or your belly!) and join Care (Certified Babywearing Educator & Registered Midwife) to learn the ins and outs of babywearing, so you can feel confident wearing your baby safely and comfortably. Don't worry, if you don't have a carrier, or want to try out some new ones, Care has a collection of carriers to try.

Dupont Naturopathic Family Centre is located at 789 Dupont St. Strollers will need to be parked outside, or bring your baby in a carrier or bucket seat.
** This is a casual intro to babywearing session, so no back wrapping or advanced wrapping techniques will be taught. Anyone interested in learning back wrapping or more technical carries can schedule a private consultation or in-home group workshop.
