This summer marks 6 years running my business. Community is a huge part of why I love the work I do. So I was incredibly honoured to be nominated in 2 categories (Momboss & Community Organizer) for the MomFest Gala Awards this fall.

I’ve now been named a finalist for Community Organizer Of The Year, and would love to ask for your support in voting for me.

Living in West Toronto for the last 6 years raising my family, connecting with so many local families, and offering support to our community, has been incredibly fulfilling. I love hosting my Free local programs. Over the years they have included my West End Breastfeeding Cafe, West End Walking Group, Community Babywearing Drop-In (Next: Sept 18th), Monthly New Mom Project Donation Collections (Next: Sept 17th), Bloor West Moms Group Online Meetup, Movies for Mommies Screenings (Next: Aug 28th), and so much more. It’s been wonderful to collaborate with other local businesses to create events and safe spaces for families to meet, connect and thrive.

Just to be clear, I think all moms, and all parents, deserve an award! Cause this gig is not easy ;) But I would love it if you could take a minute to cast a vote for me. Voting is open until August 26th and daily voting is allowed. I appreciate your support so much.

Easter Mini Sessions at Movies for Mommies Humber Cinema - Register Now!

Easter is around the corner, so you know what that means? Time for some ridiculously cute pics of babies in bunny ears! Anchor Studio Photography will be joining me at Movies for Mommies for 2 weeks to offer complimentary Easter Mini Photo Sessions. Appointments will be scheduled between 12pm-1pm on each day (March 5th & 19th). Photo sessions are free and attendees have the option to purchase photos for $25/digital image (discounted packages for more photos are also vailable). **PLEASE NOTE: Sessions are reserved for Movie Attendees Only**

Space is very limited for these sessions, so please email care@with-care.ca ASAP to request a spot. Don't forget to let me know which day you prefer, March 5th or March 19th. If the date you prefer is full I will offer you a time on the other day, or a spot on the wait list. These sessions fill up very fast, so please don't wait!

*If you can't make it to the Movies for photos during these times check out these beautiful Mom & Me Mini Sessions that Anchor Studio is hosting at the gorgeous Mint Studio April 7th & 8th. Sessions are $199 plus HST for a 20 minute session with 5 edited digital images available for download (or $299 for 8 images). Space is limited for these sessions REGISTER HERE.

NEW Monthly Babywearing Meetup!

I've had so many requests for Babywearing advice from community parents, friends and family, I have decided to start a monthly West End Babywearing Meetup. Bring your babies and join me on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30am-11am at Body Language Academy of Dance (272 Jane St). This is a FREE community event, open to all families.

I've had so many requests for Babywearing advice from community parents, friends and family, I have decided to start a monthly West End Babywearing Meetup. Bring your babies and join me on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30am-11am at Body Language Academy of Dance (272 Jane St). This is a FREE community event, open to all families. *Please Note: As of March 2017 the West End Babywearing Meetup will be moved to West End Mamas at 2477 Bloor St W 2nd Floor.

This casual gathering will allow local parents to meet, learn about baby wearing, chat about parenting and get some extra support. Don't forget to bring your own carrier (if you have one) so you can learn how to use it properly. Plus, feel free to try a carrier from my collection. I have a selection of carriers including Ring Slings, Woven Wraps, Stretchy Wraps, Mei Tais, Soft Structured Buckle Carriers & Backpack Style carriers. When it comes to baby wearing it's always ideal to "Try Before You Buy", so join me and find what works best for you and your baby.

The Bump To Baby Show - FREE Community Event

There's a NEW Baby Show in town! Check out The Bump to Baby Show, a FREE Community Event happening next Tuesday May 26th from 4pm-9pm at the beautiful Wychwood Barns.

This show is perfect for expecting parents, new parents and young families who are looking for a little help going natural. The lineup includes incredible wellness practitioners, services & products all geared toward helping young families live healthy lives. I am so honoured to be part of this event and am looking forward to meeting lots of new people and seeing some familiar faces.
